Booster pump/high pressure air compressor: this is the core of the bottle blower. It pressurizes ordinary compressed air

 (e.g. 6-8 bar) to the high pressure required for bottle blowing (typically 25-40 bar depending on the bottle and material).

High-pressure air storage tank: to store high-pressure air, ensure that a large amount of stable high-pressure air flow

 can be provided at the moment of blow molding, and avoid sudden pressure drop.

Precision Pressure Regulators:

Back pressure valve: used to control the back pressure when the mould is exhausted, which affects the bottle forming.

Multi-stage pressure regulating valve: used to precisely control the pressure of pre-blowing and high-pressure blowing.

 Low preblowing pressure (approx. 10-15 bar) for initial expansion of the preform; The final forming pressure is reached by high pressure blowing.
